20. August 2019 – The Federal Council approved a draft of the Social Security and Health Commission of the Council of States in order to improve the legal basis for the transfer of data of health insured persons. The Federal Council intends to collect individual data from insured persons. At the same time, the protection of personality will be guaranteed and the principle of proportionality must be observed.
