16. September 2020 – At its meeting on 11 September 2020, the Federal Council decided to revise the Ordinance on Risk Equalisation in Health Insurance. With this decision, the Federal Council is responding to the request of the insurers to supplement the ordinance to include certain technical information on the insured persons. The revision will enter into force in 2021.
