22. September 2022 – From 27 to 29 September 2022, federal and cantonal agencies, the Leibstadt nuclear power plant and national and regional authorities will exercise the management of an accident at the Leibstadt nuclear power plant. The exercise also includes helicopter flights near the nuclear power plant and training in radioactivity measurements. Overall emergency exercises take place every two years and serve to review emergency preparedness.
