21. April 2023 – The Federal Council wants to make the existing regulation of insurers on the prohibition of cold calling and the limitation of compensation for intermediary activities in health insurance binding. At its meeting on 19 April 2023, it opened the consultation on the Ordinance on the Regulation of Insurance Intermediary Activities. This ordinance contains the implementing provisions of the corresponding law passed by Parliament in 2022.
