31. Mai 2024 – Kanalservice Group, a portfolio company of Ufenau Capital Partners, acquires Roberit AG, Labosim Markierungs AG and Klose-Vital AG as part of the group’s ongoing growth strategy.

Roberit is a pioneer in the fields of road markings, signalling and traffic technology.

Kanalservice Group, a leading full-service provider in the field of underground infrastructure maintenance and road markings, is represented by 46 subsidiaries and over 1,200 specialists in Switzerland, Germany, the UK and Belgium.
