14. Juni 2024 – The Federal Council has issued its dispatch regarding on the revision of the Health Insurance Supervision Act (Krankenversicherungsaufsichtsgesetz, KVAG). The revision aims to grant the Cantons broader competences in the approval of health insurance premiums.
