21. Juni 2024 – The tariff structure TARMED, in place since 2004, will be replaced on 1 January 2026, by the new fee-for-service tariff structure TARDOC and a flat-rate tariff structure. The Federal Council partially approved both tariff structures and set guidelines for their implementation. In order to coordinate the introduction of the two separately developed tariffs, the tariff partners must submit an implementation contract to the Federal Council by 1 November 2024. This contract will be drawn up under the lead of the new "Organisation ambulante Arzttarife (OAAT AG)".
