Areas of activity: Arbitration Litigation

Mirella Janett is an associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Team. She provides advice in commercial disputes and represents parties in both domestic and international arbitrations, before state courts as well as in enforcement proceedings and mutual legal assistance matters.

Mirella Janett studied law at the Universities of Vienna and Basel (MLaw, 2019) and was admitted to the bar in 2024. Before joining Walder Wyss as an associate, she also worked as a trainee law clerk at the District Court of Meilen and as a research and teaching assistant for Prof. Corinne Widmer Lüchinger, Chair of Civil Law, Conflict of Laws and Comparative Law at the University of Basel.

Mirella Janett practices in German and English. She also speaks Romansch and Italian.
