15. August 2013 – Swiss listed Publigroupe SA has sold 51% of the shares in xentive sa to Boston-based Mediaspectrum Inc. in order to allow xentive to generate additional third market volume and to thereby obtain scale effects. The transaction remains subject to antitrust approval.
