14. Mai 2019 – On 15 May 2019, the Federal Council submitted the revision of the Ordinance on Medical Devices and the Ordinance on Clinical Experiments with Medical Devices for consultation. This revision implements the corresponding amendments to the Therapeutic Products Act and the Human Research Act of 22 March 2019 in order to increase the safety and quality of medical devices and to better protect patients.
