4. Dezember 2019 – On 3 December 2019, the Federal Department of Home Affairs (FDHA) added 13 new psychoactive substances (NPS) to the narcotics register of the Narcotics Register Ordinance (BetmVV-EDI, SR 812.121.11). NPS are synthetic substances with a narcotic-like effect, also referred to as “designer drugs” or “research chemicals”.
