29. September 2023 – At its meeting on 29 September 2023, the Federal Council commented on the report of the Control Committee of the National Council on the protection of fundamental rights by the federal authorities in combating the Covid-19 pandemic. The Control Committee of the National Council concludes that the responsible agencies adequately verified compliance with constitutional criteria. It notes that lessons must be learned for future crises. The Federal Council shares this assessment.
