25. Juni 2024 – SkyCell AG today announced the closure of its USD 116 million Series D financing round which embarked on a USD 57 million equity investment by M&G Investments in October 2023 and has now been completed with further investments in the amount of USD 59 million coming from Tybourne Capital Management and CC Industries.

The investment will be used to fuel the continued expansion of SkyCell AG’s global footprint, focusing particularly on growth in the US and Asia.
